Chief Justice Chancellor Emad Saleem Sa’ad concluded the first Regional Conference of Case Management Systems in Justice Sector; held in Dead Sea- Jordan and funded by UNDP.
The two-day conference was held with participation from justice institutions from Arab countries, Middle East, North Africa and Turkey. It aimed at presenting and sharing the Palestinian experience in the field of automatization of judicial work; in addition to seeking prospects of future cooperation with justice institutions in the region.
The participants recommended on the importance of working on signing memorandum of understanding aims at exchanging experience and expertise and enhancing cooperation among participant countries. Furthermore, they recommended on forming work group constitutes from heads of delegations to facilitate communications between participant countries, agreeing to hold annual conferences hosted by other participant countries, choosing best models and best practices in the field of automatization of judicial work to be presented and circulated in future conferences, urging Arab countries to amend or endorse legislations that meet with technological development.
