On Oct 13, 2016 – Head of First Instance Court in Tulkarm Judge Amna Hamarsha met with the Counsellor of Head of Cooperation in Representative Office of Canada Mr. David Fournier to discuss the current state for the new courthouse that funded by the Canadian government.
During the meeting, they discussed the operational phase of the project; knowing that work has already started at the new courthouse in order to facilitate safe environment suitable for litigation.
Judge Hamarsha thanked the Canadian government for funding and supporting infrastructure in justice sector. For his part, Chief of Dewan Mr. Daoud mentioned the huge step on judicial work mechanism and on administrative performance of court staff which reflected in a positive way regarding public services.
Eng. Sabha delivered a presentation on facility management system.
After a tour in the new courthouse, Mr. Fournier expressed his admiration for the systems that already implemented and excellent performance in court's operational phase.
It is worth noting that the meeting was attended by Director of Planning in Public Prosecution Mr. Amer Shaheen and Tulkarm Prosecutor Mr. Miqdad Hatab.
