On Nov 23, 2015 - High Judicial Council delegation ended 2-day study visit to Bahrain, the Palestinian representatives received an insight on judicial facility management practices and experiences in Bahrain.
The delegation represented by Secretary-General of HJC Nassar Mansour, Chiefs of Dewans and three engineers. They met with officials from Bahraini Supreme Judicial Council, Office Litigants Services, Constitutional Court, Ministry of Justice and National Foundation for Human Rights. It is worth noting that the Bahraini judicial experience distinguished by its administrative and financial independence, in addition that the Constitutional Court is an independent body from Supreme Judicial Council. All courts in Bahrain are located in the capital Al-Manamah due to population and total area of the kingdom, knowing that the private sector is responsible for the maintenance of the judicial facilities.
